instant coffee, a tablespoon of

sugar, two tablespoons, a large

cream, chantilly, 3 bags, a

box of cream,

How to make Nescafe cake

We mix a cup of cold milk with a tablespoon of instant coffee with two tablespoons of sugar and three sachets of cream

We mix them together until you get a creamy texture

After that, we add the cream box

We dissolve a tablespoon of Nescafe "instant coffee" during a cup of water

We quickly dip the biscuits in Nescafe water and stack them with a Brix plate

We add a layer of cream and wipe it everywhere the biscuit

We repeat this process until the biscuits and cream are finished

Blow it into the fridge for 2 hours, until it becomes cold

Take the cake out of the fridge, then decorate the cake by sprinkling cocoa on top.

Ingredients

3 egg yolks

4 egg whites

120 grams of sugar (half a cup + 2 tablespoons)

85 grams of milk (6 tablespoons of milk)

40 grams of butter (3 tablespoons of butter)

120 grams of flour (a cup of flour) 1

teaspoon of leaven 1

teaspoon Vanilla

sprinkle a lemon with a

pinch of salt


The filling

350 grams of Philadelphia cheese

175 grams light whipping cream

80 g of granulated sugar

3/4 teaspoon vanilla a

pinch of salt


How to make vanilla cake

How to prepare a cake during a bowl, we put 3 egg yolks with a spoon of vanilla, lemon peel , milk and butter


With an electrical mixer, we beat them together until they become one mixture


Then we sift the cup of flour over the mixture and blend them again with an electrical whisk


In another bowl, add the albumen and sugar with the leaven and beat them with an electrical beater



Continue whisking until we get a smooth, bright white mixture


We add the albumen mixture gradually to the opposite mixture, stirring with a hand mixer


Continue mixing until mixing the 2 ingredients together


Put butter paper during a cake pan to stop sticking and add cake batter


We put them within the oven for about half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees, ensuring to cook with a wooden stick
