Cake

Cake may be a never-ending love, the crown of sweets and a favourite among housewives


In this article, we selected the simplest four cakes, explained with pictures and detailed ingredients:

Orange cake

Ingredients

4 eggs, a

cup of milk, a

cup of sugar, a

cup of oil, a

cup of fruit juice ,

2 bags of vanilla,

2 bags of leaven ,

3 cups of flour



How to prepare orange cake

We mix eggs, sugar, oil, milk, fruit juice and vanilla


Add flour and leaven and blend until ingredients are homogeneous


We put the mixture during a cake sprinkled with flour


We put it into the oven and warmth from rock bottom for half an hour, then we turn it on from the highest to brown slightly and become ready.

Apple cake

Ingredients

2 eggs,

a yogurt box, a

cup of oil, a

cup of sugar,

16 g leaven ,

7 g of vanilla, a

pinch of salt,

2 and a half cup of flour

Filling ingredients

2 apples, 1

tablespoon, starch,

drops, juice ,

almonds,

7 g, vanilla,

2 tablespoons, sugar



How to prepare apple cake

We mix sugar with salt, eggs and vanilla


Add yogurt, oil and leaven , then gradually add flour and blend until we get an important mixture



We put the mixture during a greased cake sprinkled with flour


To prepare the filling

We zest the apples


We add vanilla and drops of juice , starch, almonds and sugar


Put the filling on the cake and distribute it evenly


Put the cake during a pre-fired oven at a temperature of 180 until it's soft, then light the oven a touch from the highest until it's browned


The time is approximately 45 minutes and it's able to serve.
